The overwhelming amount of misinformation out there leaves so many people confused about what to believe. But through my own journey, I discovered the power of whole foods, movement, mindfulness, and the balance between Western and traditional medicine. I transformed my own life, and now I’ve helped hundreds of people do the same—losing weight, reclaiming their health, and feeling amazing in their bodies.
My approach is holistic and comprehensive, rooted in evidence-based nutrition, and natural solutions, helping my clients break free from the diet roller coaster and create a lifestyle that truly works for them. My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, confident, and in control of your health—not just for now, but for the rest of your life.

I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in natural resources, nutrition, and fitness. Born and raised in upstate New York, I developed a deep appreciation for the environment and a passion for healthy living from a young age.
After serving in the US Air Force, I pursued a career with the US Forest Service, where I gained valuable experience in environmental conservation and management. This experience inspired me to further my education, earning a Master’s degree in Natural Resources and then a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health.
I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Certified Personal Trainer with NASM/AFAA, allowing me to combine my expertise in nutrition and fitness to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. I have a strong belief in the power of whole foods and regular exercise, and lifestyle changes to improve overall well-being.
